Küçükler Holding considers increasing the individual development of its employees as one of the most important axes of its human resources policy.

Our company plans that all of its employees, regardless of their age, profession or duty, receive the necessary training to continue their profession in the most perfect way. In order to develop competencies, individual and mass development actions are carried out in line with the axes of education. These axes are determined as follows;

  • Accompanying orientation-adaptation and professional internships,
  • Developing management skills,
  • Developing professional expertise.
These training axes cover the training that employees will need for their personal and professional development, from the day they start to work, throughout their working lives. These trainings can be at the individual level for the individual development and professional careers of the employees, as well as at the mass level in line with the technical and technological development of the company, laws and norms, social and cultural developments.

Maaş ödemelerimiz tüm çalışanlar için yıllık 12 net maaş olarak uygulanmaktadır.  Çalışanlarımızın ücretlerini; şirket içi denge, bireysel performans sonuçları, ücret araştırmaları, piyasada hedeflediğimiz konumlanma ve makro ekonomik göstergeler doğrultusunda, her yıl Ocak ayında değerlendirip güncellemekteyiz.
