We adopt the understanding that the only constant is change, so that our group can exist for many years and take its place in the list of centuries-old companies. Of course, change is a painful and difficult process. People say that they want to change from time to time, but because of their habits, they cannot show patience and are not successful. I always explain this with an example;

There is an eagle species that lives for 70 years. But when these eagles reach the age of 40, they have to make a decision. Because at the age of 40, the eagle's claws have hardened, its beak has become carded, and its feathers have become unsuitable for flight. Deciding to change, the eagle climbs on a very high rock and hits its beak with hard blows and drops its beak. When its beak heals, it pulls out its claws one by one, and when it heals again, it plucks its feathers. In this way, he will live another 30 years.
