Nivak Group, within KÜÇÜKLER HOLDİNG in 2011; was established to provide construction, architectural and consultancy services.
Nivak, which started its activities with store decoration processes, continues its investments in four continents. Today, the group has a structure that carries out its activities in five areas; Including fit-out, contract, real estate, maintenance and furniture production on four continents. Thanks to Nivak's capacity and flexibility to offer its customers the processes they have developed in an integrated manner, the Group provides complete services in building construction, then store decoration and continuous store maintenance.

With its activities that I started with only store renovation and expansion projects in the years we were founded, now it is proud to serve 15 internationally recognized brands in the retail field in the country and abroad.

While expanding its business, it increased its employment capacity approximately eight times in line with the same targets. It has become a great team with its contractors and employees.
Thanks to this momentum and synergy, it adopted horizontal and vertical integration in order to use its resources more effectively and create value for its stakeholders, and expanded its activities with investments in contracting, real estate and industry. It started to make shopping malls, administrative buildings and branded housing projects. In 2015, it integrated the processes of providing maintenance and repair services into its operations. For the production of wooden and metal furniture used in industry started to establish furniture factory and this way continues its activities in five areas, including store decoration.
