As a businessman, three things make me happy. The first is how many jobs the company provides. The number of our employees has exceeded 2000 as the Junior Group. I take great pleasure in that. Second, how much tax did we pay? Our goal is to be in the higher tiers in the tax ranking every year. Third, how much budget did we allocate for social responsibility? Making money is definitely important. But money should be a tool. You can't be happy if you put money as a goal. For us, money is a tool, not an end. It is a means of giving back to the society what we have earned from the society. For this reason, we allocate 10% of our profits to social responsibility projects.
